Therapeutic approach: I try to meet clients where they are through a strengths-based integrative approach. My goal as a therapist is to create a supportive therapeutic environment that allows for clients to feel comfortable using the space and be able to identify current struggles, patterns based on past events and hopes for the future.

Interests: My clinical interests include working with children, adolescents and family relationships, emerging adulthood, the connection between student-athlete performance and mental health, multicultural and social justice, ethnic identity development, and anxiety and stress-management. My personal interests include music and dance, reading and creative writing, and binge-watching Netflix shows.
