B.S. in Psychology, Southern Vermont College
M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Southern New Hampshire University

Professional Interests:
My clinical interest includes the treatment of symptoms related to overall trauma, institutional/urban trauma, anxiety and depression. I believe rapport building is an essential part of a positive therapeutic relationship. My mission is to provide a non-judgmental therapeutic relationship that will enable me with the tools to earn the trust of the students. As a person with lived experience, I understand that reaching out for help is difficult. It is my duty to support you through that process.

Therapeutic Approach:
By taking a person-centered approach to therapy you will be able to have a safe space to express your emotions with empathy. My training in EMDR, DBT, CBT and Motivational Interviewing will help me to provide you with the skills to assist you to gain insight, self-discovery and healing from past experiences.
