Therapeutic Approach: My work is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and person-centered. I see the therapy space as co-created and I strive to collaborate with students to figure out how to best support them based on their values. I also practice through a feminist framework that encourages us to consider the intersection of our various identities and how these may impact our experiences. It is most important to me to create an environment that feels safe, authentic, and where students feel heard.
Professional Interests: My interests include working with people who have experienced potentially traumatic events, rural mental health, social justice, outreach initiatives, and training and supervision.
