Professional Interests:
Natasha is currently pursuing her doctorate in social work, which is centered around Black maternal mental health and suicide. Her current area of focus is on honoring the lived experience of women of color and identifying effective ways to engage and assess this population, within the current mental health system.
Therapeutic Approach:
Natasha utilizes a humanistic, person-centered approach to build therapeutic alliances with students with diverse identities and cultural experiences. Natasha uses a multicultural, relational, trauma informed lens to assess and address presenting concerns to optimize student mental health and overall wellness.
