Interests:
My clinical interests include body image and disordered eating, identity exploration, emerging adulthood, interpersonal/relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and ADHD. Additionally, I am interested in supporting the mental health of dancers and other performing artists. More personally, I enjoy reading, playing the Nintendo Switch, and crocheting/knitting.

Therapeutic Approach: My approach is person-centered and relational at its core. I strive to meet and collaborate with clients where they are in their unique sociocultural contexts and provide an affirming, nonjudgmental space to explore current concerns and goals. Primarily, I utilize acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), though I also integrate emotion-focused therapy (EFT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and am informed by Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size® frameworks in exploring clients’ relationships with food and body.
