Interests:
I have particular clinical interests in working with anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, grief, and stress management. My research interests center on burnout, boundary-setting practices, and healthy communication strategies. In my personal life, I enjoy hiking, reading, traveling, and playing tennis.
Therapeutic Approach:
I draw from cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic approaches to create a supportive space where clients can explore both present challenges and deeper patterns. My goal is to help individuals build insight into unconscious processes, deepen understanding of their relationships, express emotions more freely, and develop strategies that promote resilience and mental well-being.
