More personally, I enjoy singing, playing with my bunny, and hiking.

Therapeutic Approach:
In therapy, I take an integrated approach tailored to the needs of my client. I work from a mix of Psychodynamic/Insight-Oriented Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. My aim is to create a safe and warm environment for each client to explore their past, present, and future. I truly believe in the power of our words and their ability to bring healing. More so, I believe that knowing yourself can better help make choices aligned with your values. Through use of guided processing, nonjudgement, and a tailored set of skills, I hope to help my clients create lasting change!
