Interests:
I am passionate about multicultural and social justice issues, identity development and exploration, adjustment and life transitions, and self-compassion. Other areas of professional interest include anxiety, trauma, and advocacy. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, traveling around New England, barre and pilates, and trying new restaurants and coffee shops.

Therapeutic Approach:
I employ a trauma-informed and strength-based approach to therapy, grounded in a person-centered framework with careful consideration of elements of cultural diversity and contextual factors. With a strong belief in the power of an authentic therapeutic relationship, I aim to create a safe and accepting space as a compassionate facilitator in my clients’ journey of growth and becoming their most authentic selves.
