Interests:
My clinical interests include working with adolescent and upcoming adult clients who struggle with anxiety and depression. Outside of work, I enjoy listening to music, fishing, swimming, and spending time with my cats and guinea pigs.
Therapeutic Approach:
I like to meet clients where they are at through a strengths-based, collaborative approach. I believe that building trust is foundational in establishing the therapeutic relationship between client and clinician, which will augment treatment and interventions.
