Interests: I am interested in Hispanic mental health, social justice issues, anxiety disorders, stress management, and trauma. Outside of the office, I enjoy watching anime, baking, and photography.

Therapeutic Approach:
I like to take a collaborative approach to therapy, working alongside clients to create a safe and supportive environment where they feel seen, heard and empowered. My practice is deeply rooted in cultural sensitivity, recognizing the diverse identities and experiences each person brings. Mainly, I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy as well as humanistic and strength-based approaches.
