M.S.W. Candidate, The University of Connecticut

Certifications:
Human Research Program (CITI Certificate)

Interests:
My professional interests focus on social justice, with a particular passion for LGBTQIA+ and reproductive rights. Clinically, I am drawn to supporting individuals navigating neurodivergence, as well as OCD, anxiety, and depressive disorders. In my personal time, I enjoy playing guitar, cooking, and teaching my cats new tricks (they’ve mastered sitting and giving paw!).

Therapeutic Approach:
I strive to create a warm and affirming space where people feel seen, supported, and safe to embrace their authentic selves. In our work together, we’ll gently explore your unique experiences, and strengths while uncovering the goals that matter most to you on your personal growth journey. My approach is rooted in genuine connection and collaboration, always honoring your individuality and building on the strengths you already carry. I meet you where you are and draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to provide support that feels meaningful, practical, and tailored to your needs.
