Therapeutic Approach:
Working with students to identify strengths and areas of resilience that will help them create change. By using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, to ultimately gain insight, and build a positive sense of self, and wellbeing.
Interests:
Helping others to learn self-worth through mindfulness and empowerment. I enjoy teaching students different tools to help them, become more liberated from anxiety, depression, mood, and trauma related problems.
I deeply enjoy traveling, and voyaging all over the globe! “You only pass this way once, so pack in all the memories you can.”
