Professional Interests:
My clinical interests include identity development, adjustment difficulties, group therapy, the impact of oppression on mental health and well-being, and Neurodivergence (including ADHD and Autism Spectrum Conditions). I particularly enjoy working with individuals from the LGBTQ+ community and a wide variety of disabled communities.
Therapeutic Approach:
My approach to therapy draws from Cognitive Behavioral, Humanistic, and Person-Centered orientations. I have experience working with Narrative, Disability Affirmative and LGBT-Affirmative Therapies. I believe that all good therapy is consensual, collaborative, and centers the experiences of individuals in relationship to each other, at the intersections of identity and cultural context.
