Professional Interests:
Clinical interests include but are not limited to, working with students with trauma, grief, adjustment difficulties, interpersonal relational problems, anxiety, depression, and mood-related problems. My interests also include utilizing expressive approaches in the therapeutic process, such as art and creative writing.
Therapeutic Approach:
I believe in the transformative power of integrative psychotherapy, tailoring each therapeutic experience to the individual’s unique struggles, strengths, and interests. Striving to offer the highest standard of care to those who entrust me with their well-being, my theoretical orientation integrates diverse theoretical approaches that form the bedrock of my perspective and practice. As an integrative therapist, I recognize the inherent value that each modality contributes to the multifaceted landscape of mental health. I aim to conceptualize cases by acknowledging constructs across theoretical frameworks to provide a space as distinctive and versatile as the students I have the honor of working with.
