Professional Interests:
Clinical interests include treating a variety of disorders ranging from depression, anxiety, OCD, panic disorders, adjustment disorders, trauma, gender dysphoria, attention and substance use disorders using psychopharmacology, coping strategies, and psychoeducation.
Professional interests include suicide prevention, improving access to care, decreasing the stigma of mental health issues, advocating for social justice and health equity, and to align myself with the mission of the university to ensure inclusivity and promote wellness and resilience. Adjunct faculty teaching the psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner students at Wilkes, Norwich, and Walden Universities.
My personal interests include spending time with my family, my two rescue dogs and cat, being outdoors, and developing skills in mindfulness/learning yoga.

My therapeutic approach is client-centered, holistic, collaborative, and interpersonal to help foster a trusting alliance with all students.
