Professional Interests:
Clinical interests include grief and loss, trauma, life transitions, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, mindfulness, and athlete mental health. Other professional interests include social justice and advocacy work, spirituality and mental health, and the integration of ecotherapy into mental health practice. In my personal time, I enjoy being active in the outdoors.
Therapeutic Approach:
My therapeutic approach is client-centered, strengths-based, and takes a holistic perspective to address client concerns. Through collaboration and through building a therapeutic relationship, I work to promote client self-determination and to empower clients in their mental health journey. I aim to provide a warm, empathetic, and genuine connection in my client’s therapeutic experience as well as a safe, nonjudgmental space.
