Therapeutic Approach:
My therapeutic approach emphasizes the importance of the therapeutic alliance, recognizing that a strong, collaborative connection between therapist and client is essential for fostering growth and freedom. Grounded in a humanistic, client-centered framework, I focus on the client’s unique story and experiences, utilizing their inherent strengths as the foundation for our work together. My goal is to empower clients to embrace their true selves by creating an accepting, supportive environment where they can explore what it means to be them and work toward realizing their inner potential. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to help clients identify, challenge, and reframe unhelpful thought patterns, particularly those shaped by trauma. Additionally, I draw on Attachment Theory to explore the impact of early relationships and Systems Theory to understand the broader context of their lives.
