Professional Interests:
My clinical interests include anxiety and stress management, cultivation of self-compassion, identity development and exploration, interpersonal distress, and processes of change. I also enjoy going for walks with my quirky rescue dogs, traveling and reading.
Therapeutic Approach:
I have provided psychological services to children, adolescents, and young adults in a range of settings to address challenges with anxiety, mood, social-emotional functioning, learning, attention, and behavior. I use an integrative and holistic approach that is client-centered, incorporating modalities such as acceptance and commitment-based strategies. I am passionate about assisting clients through their journey in a caring and compassionate atmosphere.
