Therapeutic Approach:
I work from an integrative approach and try to tailor therapy to each person’s individual identity and needs. I incorporate aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, dynamic, interpersonal, and strengths-based approaches. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process and strive to create a trusting and safe place for students to explore whatever brings them into my office.
Professional Interests:
Clinical interests include, generalized anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, phobias, depression, adjustment difficulties, intersectionality and identity development, mindfulness, athletic performance, and managing chronic disease/other physical health concerns.
