Professional Interests:
Eating disorders, body image, health at every size, social justice, self-compassion, anxiety and stress management, relationships and interpersonal distress, identity development and exploration, and feminist/multicultural psychology. Personally, I enjoy hiking and other forms of joyful movement, concerts, reality TV, and video games.

Therapeutic Approach:
I aim to build a collaborative therapeutic relationship that is respectful of cultural diversity and identity development in order to meet clients where they are at in the moment. I use an integrative therapeutic approach that is person-centered and incorporates dialectical and cognitive behavioral, interpersonal, and compassion-focused therapies. It is my intention to tailor my therapeutic approach based on each individual clients’ contexts and provide support in working towards their goals while cultivating a nonjudgmental space.
