My clinical interests include mood disorders, anxiety and stress management, eating disorders, and obesity medicine. Other professional interests include multicultural psychology, diversity, and inclusion. More personally, I enjoy traveling with my friends and family, cooking and exploring different cuisines, and listening to podcasts.

I take a collaborative approach to therapy, utilizing a person-centered and cognitive behavioral framework. I am dedicated to creating a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals where our work reflects affirmation, collaboration, and respect. I aim to provide culturally sensitive psychotherapy considering the client’s values, background, and experiences.
