Professional Interests:
My clinical interests involve working with child and adolescents, along with culturally diverse populations. I am also interested in the mind-body connection, social justice, and working with clients who struggle with anxiety. In my personal time, I enjoy spending time with friends/family, reading, watching movies, and finding new restaurants to try.

Therapeutic Approach:
I believe in creating a safe an educational space for growth through the development of a strong and healthy therapeutic relationship with the client. I hope to help clients reach their goals while finding ways to expand their personal maturation and progression. I plan to achieve this through the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other interpersonal approaches.
