My personal interests include cooking, hiking and spending time in nature, travelling, my cats, and going anywhere with live music!
Therapeutic Approach:
I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is essential when engaging a client in change work. I aim to provide a safe, nurturing, and non-judgmental environment for individuals to build trust and have them feel empowered to navigate complex life obstacles. I utilize an integrative therapeutic approach drawing from Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and a strengths-based perspective.
